No. You must purchase a kit from the PSAÉP to gain access to all the events organized for Psychology students.

Kits are available for pick up September 5th and 6th in front of the FSS building.

You must bring your uOttawa student ID and a piece of government issued photo ID.  If you’re planning on buying your kit in person, you should also bring cash or a credit card. 

Depending on your age, you will issued a coloured bracelet. Your bracelet colour indicates to guides that you are in fact a 101er and are allowed to be present at the event. The colour also indicates if you are of legal drinking age. In short, it serves as a identifier and as a proof of purchase. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE, EXCHANGE, PURPOSELY DAMAGE OR TURN OVER YOUR BRACELETS - IF CAUGHT, YOUR BRACELET WILL BE CUT AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN 101 WEEK EVENTS. THE SFUO AND THE PSA HOLD A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY ON THIS MATTER.

Yes! We will be selling a limited quantity at our booth at the pickup location during the pickup times. Please note that we will only be accepting credit cards or cash.

Absolutely and happy birthday! Simply bring a piece of ID to a PSA executive to inform them that your age has changed and we will issue you a shiny new bracelet. 

You can view the schedule (open to changes) here on the website, but you can also follow us on Instagram for details. Last minute changes (if any, such as location or time changes) will be announced on Instagram.

Wet events involve alcohol being served and only those deemed of legal drinking age (18+ in Quebec) can participate. A valid piece of government-issued ID will be required before boarding the buses to any wet event, regardless of your bracelet colour (see point below). Dry events do not involve any alcohol and are considered as all-ages events where anyone can participate. 

The University of Ottawa Emergency Response Team (UOSERT) is uOttawa dedicated volunteer first responders who are well trained to respond to medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency during 101 week, these are the ones you should see first. Members are identifiable by their red shirts. If you can’t see one, see a guide or executive so they may immediately escort you to a UOSERT member. 

Please note that UOSERT members do not have the power to cut your bracelet when seeking treatment and anything you tell them will remain confidential. They are only there to help and ensure that you are safe, not to penalize you. 

You can purchase and reserve your kit online up until the Saturday, September 2nd at 11:59pm. We accept credit/debit cards/cash

For online purchases, we accept credit and debit cards. For in-person purchases, we will  be accepting debit/credit and cash as valid forms of payment. 

Unfortunately not. Due to liability and safety reasons you cannot leave without us - on your own or have anyone else pick you up (including family members, guardians, etc.). This policy applies to all events where transportation is required and there will be no exceptions made. If you absolutely must leave for whatever reason your bracelet will be cut and you forfeit your ability to participate in the rest of 101 Week events.
